Manufacturing Process

1. Material Preparation

GRS-certified PCR PP pellets are dried to remove moisture and prevent bubbles in the finished product.

2. Injection Molding

Molten plastic is injected into the mold under controlled temperature and pressure. After cooling and demolding, the basket body and handle are obtained as one piece.

3. Gate Trimming

Excess material from the injection point is removed.

4. Quality Inspection

Each batch is inspected for structural strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and handle integrity.

5. Packaging

Standard export packaging; custom packaging available upon request.

Q1: Will the GRS PP storage basket collapse or lose its shape when fully loaded?

A: The GRS Storage basket body is thickened and reinforced; it will not collapse under a normal load of household items. Please avoid placing excessively heavy items that exceed the weight limit.

Q2: Can multiple storage baskets be stacked together?

A: Yes, they can be nested when not in use to save space. However, we do not recommend stacking a full basket directly on top of another, as this could cause damage.

Q3: Are the handles prone to breaking?

A: Features a reinforced, one-piece molded handle that is durable under normal handling conditions. Do not yank forcefully or hang heavy objects from it.

Q4: Is recycled Storage basket washable?

A: It can be rinsed with cold water. Do not soak in boiling water, as high temperatures may cause deformation.

Q5: Can the dimensions be customized?

A: Currently, only standard stock sizes are available. Please contact customer service if you require customization.

Q6: What should I do if the item arrives damaged or cracked?

A: Please inspect the product upon delivery. If there is any damage, contact customer service with your order number and photos of the damaged item to arrange for after-sales support.
