GRS PE Products are specifically designed to replace the high-carbon-emission traditional virgin polypropylene (Virgin PP). Through our own polymer physical modification and multi-stage melt filtration technology, we have solved the common problems of recycled plastics such as fragility, uneven shrinkage, large color difference and residual odor. They are often applied in fields such as consumer electronics casings, high-weather-resistant bathroom structural components, fine stationery, clothing accessories and fasteners, and hollow containers for daily chemicals.

Consumer electronics and small appliances: Inner lining of earphone charging cases, bottom support for TV back covers, frame of computer accessories (coordinated with supply chains of brands such as Xiaomi, Sony, and HP).

Bathroom and plumbing equipment: shower handle, water tank accessories, valve body fixing frame (with Jiumu bathroom brand).

Office and stationery supplies: Pen barrels, file trays, plastic seats for staplers, desktop organizing boxes (coordinated with brands such as De Li Stationery).

Clothing and luggage accessories: Zipper teeth, plastic snap fasteners, clothing hanger accessories (coordinated with SBS Xunxin Zipper and Uniqlo supply chains).

1. GRS PE Products use multi-layer moisture-proof high-strength paper-plastic composite bags, lined with PE film. The standard specification is 25 kg per package. For customers with large material requirements, we can provide 500 kg/ bag or 1000 kg/ bag of space container bags (Jumbo Bag), equipped with a bottom discharge port.

2. According to the shape of the molded products, GRS-certified anti-scratch PE bags are used for punching and packaging. The outer layer uses a high-strength five-layer corrugated cardboard box for sealing, and a clear GRS traceability label is attached.

What environmental protection test reports do we have?

We can provide the latest test reports issued by third-party authoritative testing institutions (such as SGS/TUV) along with the samples or bulk goods, including EU REACH (Substances of very High Concern), RoHS Directive testing, PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) testing, and phthalate testing.

Why are the prices of GRS PE Products higher than those of some ordinary recycled particles on the market?

Ordinary recycled particles are mostly produced by workshop-style small factories, lacking fine cleaning, deodorization and micron-level filtration processes. They have many impurities, strong odors, and cannot issue compliant GRS TC certificates, which may lead to risks such as customs seizure of goods or excessive injection molding waste rates. As a compliant large factory, we have gone through environmental protection treatment facilities, polymer modification equipment and compliance certification costs.
