Manufacturing process and production flow

1. Waste screening and deep cleaning: Collect used ABS electronic and electrical shells or industrial waste that meet GRS standards, remove impurities, and then conduct photoelectric sorting and deep cleaning.

2. Melt blending and homogeneous granulation: Use a twin-screw extruder to melt and mix at a temperature of 200°C–230°C, add food-grade deodorants and toughening agents, and produce uniform and physically stable recycled ABS modified material.

3. High-precision shell injection molding: Complete the injection molding of the left and right shells of GRS dog leash in an automated injection molding machine, and the mechanical arm automatically takes the parts and trims the burrs.

4. Internal mechanism and spring assembly: In a dust-free assembly workshop, precisely assemble the high-precision spring, locking button, and strong and durable traction rope belt into the shell interior.

5. Tensile and durability tests: Conduct 10,000 consecutive tensile fatigue tests and extreme tensile force tests on the finished product. Only after passing the tests can it be packaged and shipped.

Usage and Maintenance Guide
