Can you help me with the post-processing and processing of my plastic products?

Our factory strictly manufactures according to the accuracy of the customer's drawings and will also communicate with the customer about the purpose and accuracy requirements of the product. If the product does not meet the customer's requirements, such as due to our manufacturing issues, we will be responsible for modifying it to the requirements of the drawings for free. If the product is scrapped due to the buyer's incorrect drawings, we will negotiate separately.

What should I do if there are damaged parts or missing accessories when receiving the goods?

Please open the package and check it when receiving the parcel. If there are damages or missing parts, please provide the order number and photos of the actual product to contact the customer service for after-sales handling.
