As the global automotive parts, electronic and electrical, and industrial equipment manufacturing industries increasingly impose strict requirements for low-carbon emission reduction and circular economy, Synsoly has launched recycled modified particles and injection molded custom parts of the GRS PA66 products, which is precisely a mass production-level material solution tailored for industrial customers who pursue high strength, temperature resistance, and environmental compliance.
The GRS PA66 product undergoes strict physical classification and spectroscopic testing before being warehoused to ensure the purity of recycled nylon molecules. A compliant transaction inspection certificate (TC certificate) is provided with the product, clearly indicating the physical recycling ratio.
Mechanical strength and heat resistance performance It maintains stability under continuous high-temperature and high-load working conditions.
Since the lubrication and wear resistance properties With a high coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance, it can be processed into industrial gears, bearing rings, cable ties and structural brackets. It can still maintain smooth operation under dry friction conditions without additional lubricating oil, significantly extending the service life of mechanical components.
The GRS PA66 products have strong resistance to engine oil, brake fluid, lubricants, and most organic solvents, and is not prone to expansion or cracking.
Automobiles and transportation: Pipe clamps around engines, radiator end covers, wire harness corrugated pipe clips, sensor housings and pedal brackets.
Electronic and electrical equipment: high-voltage circuit breaker housings, terminal blocks, relay bases, industrial Tie Wraps and insulating frames.
Industrial machinery and tools: Enclosures and handles for power tools, wear-resistant gears, bearing cages, drive chain links and fan blades.
High-end daily and sports goods: roller skate stands, cold-resistant buckles for outdoor backpacks, high-pressure water gun nozzles and bicycle parts.
PA66-Unfilled series: Unreinforced pure recycled PA66 particles, with high fluidity and high toughness, suitable for injection molding of thin-walled parts and cable ties.
PA66-GF15/30/50 series: Glass fiber reinforced modified series (glass fiber content 15% - 50%), specially designed for high-rigidity and high-temperature-resistant structural components.
PA66-ST toughening series: Cold-resistant and impact-resistant modified series, maintaining excellent impact resistance even at -30℃ low temperatures.
PA66-FR flame-retardant series: Complies with UL94 V0 flame-retardant grade, suitable for electronic and electrical enclosures with strict fire protection requirements.
For the glass fiber reinforced version (such as PA66 + 30% GF), raise the temperature to 80°C – 100°C, appropriately increase the injection speed, and add a certain proportion of lubricating coupling agent to improve the floating fiber phenomenon. As for the black spots, we have undergone high mesh number melt filtration during the melt extrusion process, ensuring high particle purity.
Synsoly conducts spectral sorting of raw materials before they enter the factory. During the granulation process, a multi-batch large mixing homogenization process is adopted to ensure that the GRS PA66 products delivered to customers are highly consistent in melt index and shrinkage rate.
We have an independent mold workshop. Upon receiving your 3D drawings, the engineering team will output mold flow analysis and evaluation within 24 hours. The development and first-piece sample production (T1) cycle of standard injection molds is usually 20–30 days.
