Instead of only written installation manuals, we provide practical installation videos and online remote video guidance. Our technical engineers can walk your operators through assembly, operation and troubleshooting step‑by‑step via online video call, which is more intuitive for overseas customers. We can also deliver relevant technical documents together with goods for your reference.

Our delivery lead‑time is calculated based on product structure complexity, technical requirements and order quantity. After receiving your drawings or samples, our engineering team will evaluate the whole project including mold development, sample validation and mass‑production schedule, then offer you an accurate estimated timeline. Custom precision molds and recycled plastic customized orders will have different lead‑time ranges, and we will confirm the detailed schedule with you at the early negotiation stage. Strict standardized production procedures are adopted to strive for on‑time delivery.

There is no fixed unified MOQ for all items. The minimum order quantity depends on product properties, material selection, mold condition and customization degree. For standard existing products, we can support relatively small batches; for fully customized OEM / ODM items, MOQ will be evaluated case‑by‑case. Please share your detailed requirements, we will give you reasonable MOQ suggestions accordingly.

We are capable to realize your custom requirements including product structure, dimension, surface treatment, material formula, logo printing and packaging. Yes, we support separate spare‑part purchasing requests. Please provide detailed specifications, part numbers, drawings or sample photos of the required spare parts. Our sales and technical team will check production feasibility, make corresponding quotation and arrange production for you.
