Implement preventive measures

Drying treatment: It is recommended to place the particles in a dehumidifying dryer before injection molding and dry them at a temperature of 80°C - 90°C for 2 hours to eliminate the trace moisture adsorbed during transportation.

Processing temperature setting: It is recommended to control the temperature of the injection plastic barrel between 190°C and 230°C to avoid degradation of the modifier due to prolonged exposure to temperatures above 250°C.

Cylinder cleaning specification: Before changing the material, please thoroughly clean the old material in the screw feed cylinder with general PP or cylinder cleaning material.
