Wall thickness distribution of the bottle body:

To enhance the pressure resistance and prevent the bottle from collapsing during stacking and handling, through advanced blow molding/insert molding processes with temperature control, the wall thickness of vulnerable areas such as bottle corners and bottle bottoms is ensured to be uniform.

Pump head straw:

The length of the straw reaches the arc at the bottom edge of the bottle. Combined with the slanted cut design, it ensures that the remaining liquid in the bottle can be evacuated to the greatest extent, reducing waste.

Production process

1. Strictly dry the GRS certified recycled plastic particles (PCR) purchased from the qualified supply chain, and add the color masterbatch in accordance with the precise proportion to ensure the consistency of the color of the bottle.

2, raw materials into the automatic injection molding machine and blow molding machine equipped with high precision temperature control system. Through rapid mold formation, the cooling time is strictly controlled to prevent shrinkage or skewing of the bottle body.

3. The secondary surface treatment of recycled disposable shower caps is carried out. According to the customer's customized requirements, the bottle bodies will be sent to the automated screen printing or hot stamping workshop for graphic printing. After processing, they undergo UV drying to ensure strong adhesion of the graphics and no peeling during the peel test.

4、 The bottle body and the corresponding pump head or cap are assembled in a dust-free workshop. Quality inspectors conduct dual inspections of appearance scratches, black spots, and printing deviations using both manual and machine vision methods.

5. The qualified will be neatly packed into dust-proof bags in a fixed number, put into high-strength outer boxes, and carry out pallet tying and winding film sealing as needed.
