Q1: What if the GRS PE trash bag has an odor?

A: Synsoly uses GRS-certified recycled PE resin, which does not produce a pungent odor.

Q2: What is the shelf life of the GRS trash bags?

A: Standard PE bags have a shelf life of 2–3 years if stored away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Biodegradable bags have a shorter shelf life (approx. 6–12 months) and become brittle after expiration; we recommend purchasing them based on your needs.

Q3: Can the trash bags be reused?

A: Bags used for dry waste can be emptied and reused if they are not contaminated. Reusing bags for kitchen waste or sanitary waste is not recommended, as they can easily breed bacteria.

Q4: How should the trash bags be disposed of?

A: Standard plastic trash bags are classified as "other waste" (dry waste). For biodegradable bags, please follow local regulations if a dedicated recycling or composting system exists; otherwise, they are also classified as "other waste."

Q5. Do you provide samples? Are they free or paid?

A: We can provide free samples.

Q6: Can I customize the bag size, thickness, and printing?

A: Yes. We support customization of size, thickness, color, printing, and packaging methods. Please provide your specifications (width, length, thickness, quantity, color, printing requirements), and we will provide a quote and sampling plan.

A: Yes. As a GRS-certified manufacturer, we can issue transaction certificates (TCs) for every shipment to support your own GRS claim and chain-of-custody documentation.

Q8:  How are the bags packed for shipping?

A: Standard packaging is 50pcs per roll, inner bag + outer carton. Custom packaging configurations are available upon request.
