FAQ

What is the width of the lawn?

The whole roll of GRS PP carpet is usually 2*25 meters or 4*25 meters. We can make corresponding size cuts according to your needs for customization.

Can it be laid in outdoor open-air and exposed to rain and sun?

It can be used outdoors. We use an anti-UV formula. There will be slight fading over time due to long-term exposure to sunlight and rain, which is a normal wear and tear.

Can pets play on it and use it for toilet?

It is suitable for pets to play on. We recommend frequent rinsing to keep it clean. Urine can be discharged through the drainage holes.

Can you cut the size yourself?

Yes, use a utility knife to cut the bottom fabric. Scissors can also handle small sizes. No need to lock the edges after cutting.

Will water accumulate on the lawn?

The bottom has drainage holes. Normal rainwater can flow down directly. If the ground itself has poor drainage, water will accumulate on the ground. It is recommended to lift and ventilate regularly.

Does GRS PP carpet have an odor?

The newly produced lawn has a slight smell, like new clothes. Let it air for a few hours and the smell will dissipate. There will be no any smell later.

How to clean GRS PP carpet?

Just rinse with water. Do not treat it like cleaning a carpet. If outdoors, wait for rain to clean it naturally.

Is it normal for the goods to have an odor when received?

The new GRS carpet will have a slight material smell. Let it air for 1-3 days and the smell will dissipate.

Will the grass fibers droop after being stepped on for a long time?

With normal use, it has good rebound. Heavy objects placed for a long time will crush the grass fibers. Regular grooming can restore them.

What should I do if there is damage when receiving the goods?

Please check immediately upon receipt. If there is damage, please provide the order number and a photo of the actual item to contact the customer service for after-sales handling.
