How is GRS PP Non-woven facial tissue produced? (Manufacturing Process)

Firstly, industrial-grade and post-consumer polypropylene waste is collected. After strict classification, cleaning, high-temperature melt filtration and granulation, pure rPP resin chips that meet GRS certification standards are produced.

Secondly, the rPP chips are melted through an extruder, and then extruded into extremely fine continuous filaments through a high-precision spinneret. These filaments are then dispersed by air stretching and laid on a mesh screen.

Next, the fiber web enters a water injection machine, where multiple levels of fine high-pressure water needles penetrate the fiber web, causing physical entanglement of the polypropylene fibers.

Then, the GRS Non-woven facial tissue that has undergone entanglement formation is sent to an air-drying machine to remove moisture. It is then subjected to online metal detection and weight uniformity scanning, and wound into large-sized master rolls.

Finally, the mother rolls are sent to a 100,000-level clean workshop, where they are cut, folded (such as Z-fold, C-fold), soaked in customized formulas (such as pure water, plant extract) according to customer requirements, and then packaged and sealed in single or multiple pieces.

Product Performance

Low sensitivity and mildness: There is no chemical glue bonding. The raw materials comply with FDA contact grade standards, and they are non-irritating to sensitive skin and acne-prone skin.

Excellent hydrophilicity and water retention: After being modified with hydrophilic additives, the wet wipes can quickly absorb and retain moisture.

Oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance: Polypropylene itself has excellent acid and alkali resistance and can be used in combination with various makeup removers, mild facial cleansers or disinfectant ingredients.
