GRS PP Bowl

Synsoly GRS PP Bowl is a dual-bowl integrated high-feed system specifically designed for cats and small dogs. They are made from certified PCR modified plastics (such as PCR-PP and PCR-ABS), ensuring food contact safety and good physical strength. The bowl body combines a 15-degree inclined angle and a high-positioned support, conforming to the natural feeding posture of pets, reducing the stretching pressure on the cervical vertebrae and the probability of regurgitation during pets' low-head feeding.

1. OurPCR Bowls comply with international regulations regarding plastic recycling. They are made from post-consumer recycled plastic that has undergone multiple purification and deodorization processes, and do not contain harmful chemical residues.

2. The elevated base combined with a 15-degree inclined bowl rim raises the feeding plane, which is in line with the natural feeding habits of short-nosed cats and small dogs, reducing the stretching pressure on their cervical and spinal vertebrae when they eat by lowering their heads.

3. Each stand integrates two bowls, allowing for the simultaneous storage of dry food, wet food, or drinking water. This solves the daily feeding needs of single-pet households in one step.

4. Anti-slip silicone pads are added to the bottom of the stand to increase the friction with the ground, preventing food from spilling or the water bowl from tipping over when the pet is eating.

Technical Parameters

Production process flow

1. Deeply classify, clean, and crush recycled plastic products, and add modified reinforcing agents and antioxidants in the molten state to produce uniformly granulated PCR modified plastic particles.

2. Send the modified particles to the injection molding machine, inject them into high-precision molds at a molding temperature of 160℃–240℃, and undergo pressure retention and cooling for shaping, forming bowl bodies and supports.

4. The mechanical arm takes out the molded workpieces, and the workshop workers inspect the surface flatness of theGRS Bowls, remove edge burrs and injection water outlets.

5. Use a laser marking machine to engrave the customer's brand logo at the designated position on the support, then insert the anti-slip silicone pad into the reserved slot of the base.

6. QC personnel conduct random inspections on size, drop strength and fastening tightness, and after passing, put them into dust-proof bags and pack them into colored paper boxes at the exit.

Is PCR recycled plastic safe and non-toxic for use as pet food bowls?

Yes. The PCR modified raw materials we use have undergone melting purification to remove impurities and odors. They have excellent chemical stability and their physical properties fully meet the safety standards for pets' daily contact and use.

Will therecycled Bowls be pushed around by cats or dogs or knocked over?

The bottom of the support is equipped with anti-slip silicone pads. On flat wooden floors or tiled floors, pets can eat normally without being pushed away or knocked over easily. However, if pets exhibit violent scratching or violent collisions, the position may still shift.

Does the factory accept small batch trial orders (Low MOQ)?

For styles with available stock or regular colors from the factory, we support small batch trial orders to facilitate buyers to test the local market. If it is a brand-new custom color or special packaging, the minimum order quantity needs to be determined based on the injection volume for molding.
