Customization Process

1. Sample Confirmation: Prototyping begins upon receipt of client samples (3–5 day turnaround); finished samples are sent to the client for approval.

2. Production Arrangement: Upon confirmation and deposit payment, factory production commences.

3. Bulk Order Confirmation: Once production is complete, photos of the bulk goods are sent to the client for final verification.

4. Shipment: Upon confirmation and final payment, the shipment is arranged.

Manufacturing Process

1. Design & Mold Making: Designing the handle, brush head, and bristle tufting pattern; creating injection molds (multi-cavity molds are often used for efficiency).

2. Injection Molding: Raw materials are dried and fed into the injection molding machine; capabilities include single-color, dual-color, and multi-color molding, as well as TPE over-molding for soft-grip handles. After cooling and demolding, the gate is removed and the part is trimmed.

3. Surface Decoration: Processes such as screen printing, heat transfer, hot stamping, and laser marking are used to apply brand logos, patterns, and anti-slip textures.

4. Hole Drilling: Bristle-anchoring holes are drilled into the brush head according to the design pattern; hole spacing and diameter affect bristle density and cleaning performance.

5. Bristle Tufting:

· Traditional Staple Tufting: Bristles are folded in half and secured into the hole with a metal staple.

· Metal-free (Anchor-free) Tufting: Bristle bases are secured via heat fusion or ultrasonic welding, eliminating issues with metal staples rusting or falling out.

· Tapered Bristles: Bristle tips are tapered to penetrate deeper between teeth.

6. Bristle Grinding/Trimming: Bristle tips are rounded to remove sharp edges and minimize gum injury. Common profiles include flat, wavy, crisscross, and multi-level (high-low) cuts. The rounding rate is a key quality indicator.

7. Cleaning and Inspection: Cleaning to remove debris; testing for bristle pull-out strength, rounding rate, visual appearance, handle strength, and hazardous substances.

8. Packaging: Options include blister packs with backing cards, paper boxes, recyclable packaging, etc.; hotel or medical-grade toothbrushes may undergo an additional sterilization step.
